From naming and positioning to development, design, testing, and consumer insights, each phase introduces new challenges. The work is rarely linear—it requires comfort with ambiguity, quick pivots, and the ability to move forward without perfect clarity.

I’m drawn to this kind of environment. Innovation projects are often long, unpredictable, and full of major shifts, but that’s what keeps them energizing. Each pivot brings new problem-solving opportunities, creating a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution that I find deeply engaging.

Through innovation work with organizations like The Clorox Company, I’ve helped reimagine everyday products through a more intentional, forward-looking lens—such as reusable glass cleaning systems paired with concentrated, subscription-based cartridges. These efforts aim to reduce waste while elevating the user experience.

While launching in new categories offers strong opportunities for differentiation and consumer loyalty, it also requires overcoming challenges like education, pricing perception, and behavior change. Ultimately, it’s about building what doesn’t yet exist—and staying adaptable enough to evolve it along the way.
